Data is a valuable asset - but it’s often treated as an afterthought

We help businesses get the most value from their data. Unlike most assets, data does not typically make it onto the balance sheet. It’s key for decision-making, but also particularly hard to measure and manage.

That’s where we come in. Our work helps clients build the data foundation they need for their data strategy to succeed. Meet our team

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Anmut is a place for high-performing self-starters who believe in our purpose, are ready to take on responsibility early, and solve problems creatively. That is why we hire from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. Our diverse team brings lots of experience working in data, business, software, technology, and consulting.

See our different teams


Our Consulting team focuses on helping our clients quantify and measure their data. We do this by identifying their business problems, interviewing stakeholders, analysing their data using our latest tools, and providing recommendations.

Within our Consulting team, we also have an Applied Technologies team comprised of data science specialists who are responsible for producing analytical insight, visualisations, automating our solutions, and building proof-of-concept software.

Marketing & Sales

Our Business team includes Operations, Finance, and Marketing & Sales. We take care of the day-to-day running of the business, and build our culture, brand and community.

Product Development

Our Product team creates our future products and services. We translate customer requirements into clear designs that are then brought to life by our talented software developers.

Data science and consulting are both traditionally male-dominated fields, and we are working hard to reach out to potential applicants from all backgrounds, getting in touch with affinity organisations and university societies. Our competitive remuneration packages include a base salary and discretionary bonus and/or share options based on performance. We believe everyone at Anmut has the potential to make a real difference on the performance of the company, so all our team members get the opportunity to participate in our employee share scheme. This way, we all benefit financially from Anmut’s long-term success.

At Anmut, we guide our promotions by your performance and ability, not by how long you’ve been in your position. We have a 6-monthly promotion cycle to ensure team members are promoted in a timely manner and do not have to wait for an annual cycle.

Flexible, family-friendly working

We recognise that not everyone has the same needs or preferences when it comes to working. For some of our colleagues, this means working part-time: like David, our Chief Marketing Officer, who does the school run 4 times a week. If you are returning to work after having children, we want to support you in your journey and find an arrangement that works for you, your family, and Anmut.


We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. That is why we have a dedicated team of trained mental health first aiders, helping us build resilience as teams and individuals. We give you time for weekly meditation sessions and regularly hold workshops on related topics, like learning how to better manage stress or how to unplug after work.

Training & development

To live by our values (We strive for better), we provide regular training opportunities. When you join, you will learn about Anmut and our services in the initial induction week programme. Through our 1-to-1 development mentorship, you will create a unique training plan that is right for you. We run workshops on a variety of topics, like using software and various apps, or learning programming for people with non-technical backgrounds.
