Our competitive remuneration packages include a base salary and discretionary bonus and/or share options based on performance. We believe everyone at Anmut has the potential to make a real difference on the performance of the company, so all our team members get the opportunity to participate in our employee share scheme. This way, we all benefit financially from Anmut’s long-term success.

At Anmut, we guide our promotions by your performance and ability, not by how long you’ve been in your position. We have a 6-monthly promotion cycle to ensure team members are promoted in a timely manner and do not have to wait for an annual cycle.

Training & development

To live by our values (We strive for better), we provide regular training opportunities.

When you join, you will learn about Anmut and our services in the initial induction programme. Through our 1-to-1 development mentorship, you will create a unique training plan that is right for you.

We run workshops on a variety of topics, from core skills like giving presentations and project management, through to technical skills to use specific software and various apps, or learning programming for people with non-technical backgrounds.


We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. That is why we have a dedicated team of trained mental health first aiders, helping us build resilience as teams and individuals.

We give you time for weekly meditation sessions and regularly hold workshops on related topics, like learning how to better manage stress or how to unplug after work. We provide private healthcare with enhanced cover for mental health as standard for all employees.

Flexible, family-friendly working

We recognise that not everyone has the same needs or preferences when it comes to working. For some of our colleagues, this means working part-time to balance childcare or working flexible hours to do the school run.
