Non-Executive Director Simon chairs both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Health, Safety and Security Committee at Richmond Holdings. Simon is a chartered accountant and was an EY senior partner for 28 years until 2016.
Previous roles include Managing Partner of EY’s UK Transaction Advisory Services division and EY’s Global Head of Private Equity. Simon has extensive experience working on business transformation, mergers and acquisitions and performance improvement.
Simon is also a Governor of the University of Plymouth, a director of Bibby Financial Services Limited and Pungo Limited (t/a Joy).
Caroline is experienced as a founder and senior executive in start-ups, scale-ups, large corporates, global agencies and not-for-profit organisations. She has worked across all types of data, analytics and AI with her focus being on maximising the value of data and technology as enablers to deliver business strategy and create new products and services.
Caroline is currently an NED for Kamma Data, Fieri Leadership, Amber Labs and the British Mountaineering Council.
Caroline has been regularly featured in the “Data IQ top 100 in Data” and has received the Lifetime Achievement Award. She is also an Ambassador for Women in Data.
Sanjay has a portfolio career as a board member, business adviser and charity trustee. He is Chair of the Satellite Applications Catapult which accelerates the UK space industry, Chair of Kick It Out – English football’s equality and inclusion charity.
He is a Non-Executive Director at the Lawn Tennis Association, a trustee of both the Greater Manchester Active Partnership, and the social mobility charity the Aleto Foundation.
Before this, he spent 30 years as a lawyer and consultant in international fraud and legal and compliance technology.
Rosemary is an experienced Non-Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the justice and security and cyber security sectors. She has a senior professional services background, having been partner at KPMG for 9 years, where she led the Home Affairs practice nationally, and then globally.
Rosemary is skilled in Business Transformation, Leadership, Business Process Improvement, Management Consulting and Change Management.
She is a governor of Richmond College of Further Education, a Board Member of the Police Crime Prevention Initiatives and Chairs the Board of Reliance High Tech.
Charles is the Chief Executive Officer of the International Integrated Reporting Council. He is also Senior Advisor and Board Member for the Value Reporting Foundation and Non-Executive Director of MORhomes plc.
Previously, he was Chairman of CGMA’s Research Foundation and Chief Executive Officer of CIMA.
Charles also serves as member of the supervisory board of the Prince of Wales Accounting for Sustainability organisation.
Allister was an EY assurance partner for 30 years, and was the lead audit partner for BP, BG Group and Shell. He is one of the world’s most respected professional auditors and accountants and has sat on the boards of various regulatory, professional and standards bodies.
He served for 10 years as advisor to the Internal Markets Directorate of the EC in the field of Financial Information and Accounting Standards.
He also advised the Ukrainian government on the country’s transformation of its Soviet economy to a modern market economy and securities market.
